"Our companion Duke has been attending Doggie Day Care since your opening. Duke loves the daycare facility, the staff, and the friends that he meets throughout the day. On the mornings that he attends daycare Duke eagerly waits by our door to make sure that we take him to see his friends. When we have to go out of town without him, Duke stays overnight in a comfortable familiar environment while boarding.

As the owner of a 18 month old male golden retriever we recognize the importance of exercise and the release of overabundant energy that is necessary to having a happy and well socialized pet. Thank you for providing this valuable service."

"Cali LOVES the Mutt Hutt and the staff. She is always in a rush to get in the car in the morning and then into the building. If we are not walking out the door by 7:10 a.m. she is grumbling at us to go! I love the hours and how they care for my pup! One time Cali had not attended in over a week, and they contacted me to see if everything was alright. They're tops in my book!"

"I have used several doggie daycares in the past and the Mutt Hutt is a great fit for my dog, Oliver! He has boarded there and goes to daycare once a week and has a Great time! He is a 2 year old yellow lab so he has lots of energy and he always comes home tired. Diane and Christine know him well and are very caring for his likes and dislikes. I really like that he is walked outside to use the bathroom. Some facilities don't have that ability and I didn't care for that. It is also very clean and there is lots of things for the dogs to play with. I never worry when he is there and know he is being loved just like at home!"

"My boys, Elliot and Oliver, love The Mutt Hutt. When I tell them they are going to play, they sit by the door waiting to get in the car. I have peace of mind knowing they are both being well taken care of when they are with Diane, Christine, and all their canine friends! Oliver limps on his left hind leg. At the previous day care, he would limp all the way to the car and at home until the next morning. This is no longer a concern for me as The Mutt Hutt has a rubberized mat and it helps cushion his joints. I would not leave my boys any place else for day care or boarding! Thank you Mutt Hutt!!!"

"Before I started taking my Puggle Hazel to daycare she was bouncing off the walls day in and day out, and I thought she was just a hyper dog. Since Hazel has been going to daycare at The Mutt Hutt she has been a kinder, gentler, more lovable dog. The Mutt Hutt is more than just a place for my dog to go while I'm at work ... it's her home away from home. She receives the kind of love, attention, and affection she's used to getting at home from The Mutt Hutt staff each and every day. What's even better is The Mutt Hutt offers daycare, boarding and grooming services, so it's a one stop shop! I would recommend The Mutt Hutt to anyone who's looking to give doggie daycare a try. The Mutt Hutt is an excellent place is you are looking for an affordable doggie daycare. They provide all of the services of larger more "commercial" doggie daycares, but with a personal, loving touch. Your dog isn't just a dog at The Mutt Hutt, they are family. The love, care, and attention Christine and Diane show my dog every day is more than I could ever ask for. The Mutt Hutt truly is the best in the business, and I'm so thankful to have found them."

"Our dog Ray should be the poster-dog for the Mutt Hutt! Ray is a handsome, 10 pound mutt who was adopted from the Cecil County SPCA in September 2010. At this time, he was about 8 months old. Ray was a shy, standoffish little guy who was diagnosed with separation anxiety within weeks of his adoption. This news was devastating for our family; how could we go to work while trying to care for a puppy that was terrified of being alone? He hated being by himself so much that when we were gone, he would lick his paws, tail and tummy until he was soaked. Needless to say, our first weeks with Ray were pretty stressful.

We started taking Ray to the Mutt Hutt in October after enrolling him in the obedience class offered there. He does not go to daycare every day, but attends with enough frequency that he has been able to adapt to the routine. Since day one, the staff at the Mutt Hutt has taken a sincere interest in helping Ray overcome his anxiety. Early on, while the other dogs were napping, Ray was given special permission to hang out in the office with Diane and Christine so that he didn’t have to be alone. Little by little, they helped him become more and more comfortable being by himself in his crate. Recently, Christine told me that Ray willingly enters his crate to lie down and rest, which is something that merely months ago, I couldn’t have even imagined. As silly as it sounds, had we not discovered the Mutt Hutt, I don’t believe I would really know Ray. He’s got a BIG personality for such a small dog, and since he started going to the Mutt Hutt, it’s really begun to shine. He has evolved into a delightful, loving and spunky little guy who brings everyone so much joy.

Diane and Christine are the tops. They have gone so far as to ask outside sources for advice so that we can better help Ray at home. They’ve also kept their eyes open to see the types of dogs Ray prefers to play with, should we ever decide to get him a playmate at home. The staff at the Mutt Hutt truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to address the needs of the pets that are entrusted to them. I would, with no reservation recommend the Mutt Hutt to anyone who is looking for a safe and loving place to care for their pet."
